We're hiring a skilled Project Support Engineer to join a growing, friendly MSP. Reporting to the Head of Project Delivery, you'll lead end-to-end IT project delivery, ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Plan, scope, and deliver end-to-end IT projects, including technical pre-sales and documentation.
- Coordinate vendors, manage technical resources, and troubleshoot project issues.
- Support customer onboarding and ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Engineer or in a 2nd/3rd Line role with hands-on project delivery. MSP experience highly desirable.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft environments, network support, and ideally VoIP technologies.
- Confident in customer-facing roles.
