We’re working with a rapidly growing SaaS technology company that’s heavily investing in its engineering function. This is a fantastic time to join as they build on their success; adding new products, functionality, enhancing the customer platform and integrating AI solutions.
They’re looking for a true Technical Lead - someone who has progressed from Developer to Senior Developer and now leads squads in a modern SaaS environment. You will be passionate about raising the bar in code quality, architecture and engineering best practice.
You’ll lead a squad of 5–10 engineers, remaining hands-on with development, and play a key role in shaping how software is designed, built and delivered. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys mentoring others, driving clean and reusable code, and promoting modern development practices.
- A minimum of 8 years’ experience working as Full Stack Developer at mid-senior level
- 2+ years’ experience operating at Technical Lead level - contributing to architecture, best practice, mentoring and strategy.
- Experience leading teams of 5–10 engineers
- Excellent system design and architectural skills
- Commitment to clean code and engineering best practice
- Experienced within a mature DevOps environment.
- Confident and enthusiastic leader who can mentor and upskill others
- Computer Science degree or similar (preferred)
