We’re working exclusively with a growing digital consultancy that’s looking to hire an experienced Power BI Analyst to enhance their data and reporting capability. This is a great opportunity for an analyst who enjoys working closely with stakeholders, understands data beyond surface-level reporting, and wants to continue developing their career within analytics and consultancy.
The Role
- As a Power BI Analyst, you’ll design and deliver impactful dashboards and reports using Power BI, supported by data from SQL databases.
- You’ll work across a range of client projects (covering multiple industries) as well as internal reporting.
- The role is highly stakeholder-focused — taking the time to understand business processes, identify challenges, and turn data into meaningful insight for senior decision-makers.
- Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Write and optimise SQL queries for data extraction and modelling.
- Analyse data to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Work with ERP and CRM data, pulling information into SQL tables for reporting.
- Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into effective reporting solutions.
- Present insights and recommendations to senior leaders.
- Build trusted client relationships through clear communication.
What We’re Looking For
- Commercial experience as a Power BI Analyst / BI Analyst / Data Analyst.
- Strong SQL knowledge.
- Proven Power BI reporting experience.
- Confident stakeholder communication and presentation skills.
- Experience working with ERP and/or CRM data.
- Highly beneficial: Exposure to data beyond ERP systems.
- Nice to have: Data Fabric or modern data platform experience.
- A strong data generalist — technically capable without needing to be a deep specialist.
This role is not suitable for graduates or entry-level candidates. Hands-on experience is required, and the salary reflects varying levels of experience.
Hybrid role
- 1–2 days per week in the Odiham office.
- Client visits approximately once per month (London & Andover – travel paid and accompanied).
- Remaining time working remotely.

First stage: Teams interview with senior stakeholders. Second stage: Face-to-face interview with senior leadership and key team members.
