IT Support Lead – M365

£50-60k – Hampshire office + hybrid working

An IT Support Lead opportunity for a business offering a variety of Tech and Security products to customers globally, the role requires eligibility to be Security cleared.

The IT Support Leadwould support and develop modern IT adoption across a business with a global customer based and would mentor junior team members.

This is lead position, so experienced candidates who can demonstrate commercial exposure of the following areas is required, with any previous team leadership experience being beneficial..

• Promote user adoption across M365 products, SharePoint, Power Platforms, etc
• Management of Microsoft end point and Intune environments
• Lead the development of OneDrive and SharePoint online.
• Helpdesk administration as required and manage updates for software and firmware
• Device management for iOS, Android, and Windows
• ITIL or Agile environments

The business offer hybrid working with 2-3 days WFH each week with offices are commutable from Southampton, Bournemouth and Basingstoke areas.

All candidates must be UK based and eligible for security clearance.
