We’re looking for a motivated IT Support Engineer to join a thriving company in a time of growth. You’ll support the day-to-day IT operations and projects across the business.
Additional Info:
- Familiarity across Azure and Cybersecurity is highly desirable.
- The role is hybrid working – 1 day per week work from home.
- Due to the location – a driving license / car is essential.
Key responsibilities:
- Act as the ‘Go-to’ person for IT Support related needs within the business.
- Proficient within a Microsoft environment – AD, Exchange etc.
- Maintain and enhance security processes, supporting ISO 27001 compliance.
- Work on Azure and cloud-based projects.
- Manage hardware and software assets.
- Support IT projects and contribute to system improvements.
Requirements:
- Proven IT support experience in a similar role – including Hardware, Software & Customer facing support.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and cybersecurity best practice.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
