As an Implementation Consultant, you’ll take the lead on onboarding new customers - from early solution scoping through to hands-on integration and post-launch optimisation. You’ll bridge the gap between technical delivery and customer success, ensuring every implementation is tailored, smooth, and sets clients up for long-term success.
What you’ll be doing:
- Own the end-to-end implementation lifecycle: from presales technical input, solution design, integration, testing and go-live.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and translating them into tailored configurations and integrations.
- Deliver hands-on support during onboarding, including system setup, API integration, data mapping, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to advocate for customer needs and resolve any implementation blockers.
- Conduct on-site visits for key phases of the project - e.g. discovery, deployment, and training.
- Ensure each implementation meets both customer expectations and internal standards for quality, performance, and maintainability.
- Contribute to internal process improvements, helping us scale our implementation function efficiently.
- Log, track, and follow up on product feedback, feature requests, and technical issues.
What you’ll bring:
- Experience in a customer-facing technical role (implementation, solutions engineering, or similar), with a strong understanding of APIs and system integrations.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a genuine passion for helping customers succeed.
- Technical fluency across modern development stacks and integration patterns.
Bonus points if you’ve worked with any of the following:
- React / Next.js
- RESTful APIs / HTTP
- AWS (e.g. DynamoDB, SQS, SNS)
This is a permanent position offering up to £75,000 + bonus, healthcare, and other benefits. You’ll work in a hybrid model - typically 2+ days per week onsite at their London office or customer locations.
