The Head of Enterprise IT Operations will take charge of overseeing the organisation’s technological ecosystem, driving innovation, and ensuring IT services align seamlessly with strategic objectives. This position is pivotal in steering IT strategies that empower key business functions and foster operational excellence. This role will entail: General support of workforce IT and Operational / Project transformation. Cost and process optimisation / budget management. Governance and Compliance with legal and industry standards. Building and tailoring a comprehensive IT roadmap tailored to the company’s strategic vision. Align and streamline IT systems across departments, including HR, Finance, and Operations. Optimisation, management and deployment of IT resources. Drive innovation through technology-enabled process improvements. Foster strong partnerships with technology providers and vendors. Engage with internal teams to understand and address evolving IT requirements. Conduct regular team reviews, providing constructive feedback and guidance. Required Skills and Experience: Proven experience consolidating, removing or optimising inherited systems through mergers and acquisitions. In particular – HR and Finance Systems such as Workday, Salesforce, NetSuite etc.. 7-10 years in IT leadership roles, focusing on enterprise solutions. Expertise in deploying and managing large-scale IT infrastructures. In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity and IT governance. Familiarity with cloud computing, ERP platforms, and ITIL methodologies.
