Head of Operations - Digital Services Help an ambitious business scale - and shape how it gets there. We're recruiting a Head of Operations / Operations Director for a growing, private equity-backed business spanning digital marketing, website development and telecoms. With plans to triple in size over the next three to four years, it needs an operational leader who can turn ambition into practical improvements. Joining the senior leadership team, you'll work directly with the CEO and CTO to bring service delivery and customer support together. Expect varied, hands-on work: improving workflows, developing team leaders, introducing better performance measures and supporting technology projects. Your priorities will include: Leading operations across digital services, telecoms and customer support. Simplifying processes and improving handovers, service quality and efficiency. Building the teams, accountability and operational structure needed for growth. You'll bring senior operations experience in digital services , telecoms or a related service business, with evidence of improving processes and leading teams through change. Commercial judgement, strong project management and a focus on customers will matter. Familiarity with web development, SEO/PPC or VoIP would be useful. This is an opportunity to influence decisions, work across a broad mix of services and see the impact of your changes as the business grows.
