What you will bring:
- Experience with project planning and implementation
- Experience working with Microsoft servers
- Experience managing Microsoft 365
- Experience with common network infrastructure devices
- Excellent verbal and written communication, with an eye for detail
- Willingness to listen and then ask relevant questions to help diagnose technical and application issues
- Customer oriented and calm under pressure
- Ability to follow process
