Cyber Security Lead – London offices + hybrid working

The Cyber Security Lead will be hands-on in driving the delivery of a range of pivotal Cyber projects.

The company requires candidates from established Cyber backgrounds with scope to play a key role in leading and delivering Cyber projects and major incident management across an enterprise-level business.

The company offers flexible hybrid working with central London offices.

Core requirements

1. 5 years+ experience in a Cyber security role
2. Previous experience leading SOC, SIEM, or Cyber Defence Centre functions
3. Extensive experience managing major incident response and strategy
4. Designing and owning Project Roadmaps
5. Hands-on experience with Splunk or similar tools – developing bespoke solutions
6. Senior stakeholder and Vendor management
7. Excellent communicator, able to work effectively with various teams and departments.
8. Designing and implementing Cyber strategy
9. Relevant certifications, CTIA, CISSP or similar
