Cloud Engineer – Azure £45-£60k+ benefit Berkshire offices’ + flexible Hybrid working A growing Software product business requires an Azure Cloud Engineer to join a Cloud product team utilising Microsoft technology. The Azure Cloud Engineer will join an experienced team in improving DevOps adoption and cloud deployments in an Azure-based architecture. The team is growing and can support upskilling and progression opportunities. Previous commercial experience in a DevOps environment is required but the business will consider those from software or infrastructure backgrounds who have strong Azure skills and coding experience. The business offers 3-4 days WFH per week with offices commutable from Farnborough, Reading, Guildford, Woking areas. Responsibilities and include: Work closely with an experienced Microsoft product development team Working alongside the DevOps Lead to improve Azure cloud product deployments Improve and implement Azure DevOps processes as the product and team grows Write code as required – with guidance from senior developers if required Implement CI/CD processes Essential experience: Commercial Azure experience and knowledge of associated Azure functionality Commercial experience in a DevOps environment A software development background is preferred– ability to write code in C#, Python, etc Experience of Agile, SCRUM processes A keen interest in growing your skills and learning from an experienced team An excellent communicator – the ability to liaise with all areas of the business
