Responsibilities
- Design and build modern data and analytics solutions using Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, and Power BI
- Develop and maintain medallion architecture and modern data platforms
- Work with clients to understand business requirements and translate these into appropriate technical solutions
- Lead projects and workstreams, including setting scope, managing budgets, and establishing delivery timeframes
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior members of the team
- Troubleshoot technical issues and support colleagues with problem solving
- Mentor and develop junior team members, helping them build their technical and professional capabilities
- Conduct regular 1:1s and support the development of team members where appropriate
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
