What you\’ll do
- Analyse business scenarios and performance requirements
- Design and execute performance test scripts, workload models, and monitoring metrics
- Identify bottlenecks and recommend performance tuning improvements
- Deliver detailed test reports and actionable insights
- Champion best practices and testing strategies within a global team
What you\’ll bring
- 10+ years\’ experience in performance testing, software R&D, or systems engineering
- Strong experience with tools such as K6, LoadRunner, JMeter
- In-depth knowledge of databases, cloud-based web architectures, and automation
- Practical skills in C#, Web API testing, Azure and modern test methodologies
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and data analysis skills
Desirable extras
- Exposure to Elasticsearch/Kibana, JavaScript, Git, Azure DevOps
- Knowledge of Linux/Unix environments
- Experience with security or performance non-functional testing
- Familiarity with Power BI, reporting tools, and advanced data analysis
