Our High Wycombe practice is comprised of a strong team of well qualified GPs & Nursing staff who strive to provide a high standard of medical care. Our team is committed, passionate and always goes beyond the call of duty. We are looking for a dedicated person to service and support our Practice by providing exceptional service.

FT Roster:

  • Monday: 8:00am – 4:30pm
  • Tuesday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
  • Thursday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
  • Friday: 8:00am – 4:00pm

Duties may include but are not limited to:

  • Greeting patients and visitors
  • Attending to telephone and enquiries
  • Scheduling and following up appointments
  • Maintaining a clean reception and waiting area
  • Processing Medicare Billings and Payments
  • Faxing, scanning, filing, and mailing
  • Monitoring and ordering stationery and office supplies
  • Maintaining information confidentiality
  • Maintains operations by following policies and procedures, reporting needed changes
  • Day-to-day banking, maintaining practice financial records and reconciling

The successful applicant will:

  • Have used Best Practice Software or other medical software; knowledge is essential
  • Be friendly, enthusiastic and patient-focused as the face of the medical centre
  • Be organised
  • Be computer‑literate
  • Possess great attention to detail
  • Work collaboratively in a team environment to ensure the smooth running of the practice
  • Possess the ability to multi-task
  • Have access to their own reliable transport
  • Have full working rights in Australia
  • Experience in a General Practice setting is essential
  • Evidence of current COVID-19 vaccination
  • Undergo mandatory training as set out by employer
