We’re looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead our EMEIA manufacturing operations and drive safe, compliant, high‑quality output that meets customer demand on time and at optimal cost. This is a key leadership role with responsibility for developing the production organisation, improving operational performance, and delivering against our strategic goals.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the production team to deliver products safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
- Drive a culture of operational excellence, continuous improvement, and strong performance discipline.
- Translate business demand into clear production plans with transparent performance metrics.
- Develop, coach and mentor Team Leaders and Cell Coordinators to enable high performance.
- Oversee quality across all stages of build to maintain consistently high yield.
- Lead improvement initiatives, including capacity planning, quality projects, technical enhancements and Capex activities.
- Partner closely with Planning, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain and other key functions.
- Support NPI activity while maintaining delivery commitments.
- Manage escalations and ad‑hoc demand effectively and decisively.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven people leadership and experience in a Production/Manufacturing Management role.
- Strong background in lean manufacturing with a broad understanding of end‑to‑end operations.
- 3–5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Confident using ERP systems and MS Office tools.
- Data‑driven approach to problem solving with strong communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities and operate with a proactive mindset.
- Degree in Engineering/Manufacturing/Operations (preferred).
- SC clearance or the ability to obtain it.
