Spectrum Control is seeking an experienced New Product Introduction (NPI) Engineer to transfer new electronic products from concept to production ramp-up. You will blend electronic engineering with manufacturing know-how, working across design, process, test, quality, and supply chain to ensure robust, manufacturable, and testable products.
You will lead manufacturing design reviews and production-readiness activities, and you will support prototype through pre-production builds.
