- Support medication safety - assist with medication rounds by completing essential controlled drugs verification checks and managing patient access to medication hatches
- Deliver clinical services - run primary care clinics including phlebotomy, ECGs, smoking cessation reviews, and sexual health screenings
- Monitor detox patients - work alongside registered nurses to support patients through detoxification by completing regular clinical observations and assessments
- Assess new arrivals - register patients in reception, take baseline observations, and complete clinical assessment scores to identify immediate health needs
- Lead public health initiatives - deliver dry blood spot testing (DBST) across the site as part of our blood-borne virus elimination programme
- Provide holistic care - support our enhanced primary care unit by delivering personal care and tailored social care packages
- Conduct outreach - complete welfare checks and wing-based reviews, bringing healthcare directly to those who need it
- Support patients with social care- Provide social care for those patients based on the inpatient unit, We are seeking an experienced healthcare professional looking for a new challenge
