Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for two people to join our team as People and Culture Advisors, based at our offices in Wakefield.
Qualifications
You will be part CIPD qualified, or working towards this, and have experience providing HR advice in a busy work environment.
The role will be based at our offices in Wakefield but may involve occasional planned travel to sites such as HM Prisons. We are happy to consider hybrid working after an induction period.
Previous NHS experience is welcome; the crucial skill is providing good quality HR advice and building effective, supportive relationships with managers.
Responsibilities
The role will provide professional HR advice, guidance and coaching to managers in accordance with Spectrum’s policies, employment legislation, ACAS codes of practice and other professional standards. You will advise on a wide range of people issues, including terms and conditions of employment, conduct, performance management, grievances and absence.
Interview Process
Closing date to apply is midnight on 7th December 2025.
Interviews will be held via MS Teams on 12th December. Successful candidates will be invited to an on-site interview/selection process at our offices in Wakefield on 18 December 2025.
