Spectrum Community Health CIC is seeking an experienced SMS NMP to join our enhanced primary care service in Liverpool. You will develop individual care plans through comprehensive assessment and recovery planning, while managing a caseload requiring NMP oversight of treatments such as methadone and buvidal.
You will deliver clinical and psychosocial interventions in group and 1-1 settings and work with GPs, other Nurses and management to shape a high-quality service.
