We are looking for a Stock Auditor to join our warehouse team in Wombourne.

The Role

This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced and detail-focused warehouse professional who takes pride in accuracy, organisation and getting things right.

You will play an important role in maintaining accurate stock records across our warehouses, including Appliances and Personal Care.

You will carry out daily stock checks, investigate discrepancies, complete stock counts and make adjustments on our SWP system where required.

You will also work closely with colleagues across the warehouse and provide accurate information to support effective stock management.

  • What You'll Be Doing
  • Clearing stock from missing locations on a daily basis and providing evidence of checks.
  • Investigating and responding to stock queries received via email.
  • Counting stock and creating PI documents against storage bins across both warehouses.
  • Carrying out regular bin checks across both warehouses.
  • Recording stock information accurately using Excel.
  • Identifying discrepancies and making stock adjustments on the SWP system where required.
  • Clearing over-picks and investigating stock discrepancies.
  • Supporting general administration duties when required.
  • Working closely with the wider warehouse team to maintain high levels of stock accuracy.

About You

We are looking for someone who is methodical, reliable and naturally detail-oriented.

You will be confident working independently, particularly when carrying out stock checks and investigating discrepancies.

Accuracy is essential, as even small errors can have an impact on stock records and warehouse operations.

You will ideally have

  • 1–2 years' warehouse experience, preferably with exposure to stock control, inventory or auditing.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy when counting stock.
  • Good organisational and time-management skills.
  • Good verbal communication skills.
  • Experience using SWP and SEP systems.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Teams.
  • The ability to investigate problems and follow discrepancies through to resolution.
  • The confidence to work independently while also contributing positively to a wider team.
  • A proactive approach and a willingness to support other warehouse and administration activities when required.
