We’re now looking for a Legal Assistant to join our team and be part of a collaborative legal function that supports the wider business across an exciting and varied portfolio. The Role

  • Support our international HPC team with a variety of tasks:
    • Managing company secretarial requirements including obtaining signatures, arranging notary appointments, retaining and filing executed originals, providing documents for KYC requests and audit, managing audit requests and working closely with external counsel and relevant stakeholders (finance) to ensure statutory requirements and deadlines are met and corporate actions are completed on time.
    • Maintaining precedent bank.
    • Legal Tracker management (invoicing and spend tracking).
    • Auditing the Export Control Process.
    • General project support.
    • Performing legal research.
    • Contract Management admin support.
    • General administration.
    • Maintaining Legal intranet site.

About you

  • You will have a strong Administration background, ideally (although not required) with a corporate background.
  • You must be dedicated, commercial, quick to pick up new ideas, and be adaptable to a workload where the priorities are constantly changing.
  • A good working knowledge of MS Office is required.
  • You will have strong functional capability, able to learn new systems and tools quickly and have strong attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills are a key requirement for the role along with being highly organised, able to multitask and prioritise workload.
