We’re looking for a dynamic and commercially driven Global Product Manager to join our team, responsible for delivering the Cooking and Food Prep portfolio for Russell Hobbs, a brand that brings real life solutions to consumers every day. This is a pivotal role where you’ll work closely with cross-functional global teams, leading projects from concept through to launch. You’ll use insights, creativity, and collaboration to deliver meaningful innovation that aligns with our brand proposition, “We Get Life.”
The Role
- Drive product development through the Spectrum Brands New Product Development Stage Gate process, working cross-functionally with NPD, Engineering, Project Management, and Supply Chain teams.
- Build strong relationships with international stakeholders to gather regional insights, identify trends, and create robust 3-year roadmaps that reflect global and local needs.
- Support marketing and commercial teams with compelling product stories, sales toolkits, and competitive positioning to ensure effective go-to-market execution.

About you
You’ll bring 3–5 years’ experience in a product management or similar role within the consumer goods or FMCG industry, having successfully led projects from idea through to execution. You must be comfortable owning product development end-to-end, balancing commercial insight, creativity, and strong stakeholder management. This role requires you to showcase how you’ve measured success in previous roles – whether through product performance, consumer engagement, or market impact. We’re looking for someone with strong organisational skills and a proactive, self-starting attitude. You must be comfortable navigating a fast-paced, global business, often working across multiple time zones and departments. Communication and influence are key; you’ll need to build buy-in at all levels and guide projects through to launch with clarity and confidence. Your understanding of market data and consumer trends will allow you to identify the right opportunities and shape innovative product propositions. Ideally, you’ll have worked in a matrix organisation and are comfortable collaborating with supply chain, engineering, and commercial teams to bring ideas to life. A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook) is essential. Experience in a fast-paced or consumer-led environment is a strong advantage.
