Job Description EMEA Planning Director Reporting to: Divisional VP, Supply Chain Location: Manchester (Hybrid – 3 days in the office, 2 days remote) Contract: Permanent, Full Time Join Spectrum Brands’ Home and Personal Care (HPC) Division as our EMEA Planning Director and play a pivotal role in managing the end-to-end demand and supply planning processes across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). In this role, you will drive best-in-class service, optimise working capital, and lead continuous cost improvements. As the leader of the region’s Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process, you’ll develop sustainable, scalable strategies, ensuring robust alignment between demand and supply. You will manage inventory, streamline purchasing processes, and foster seamless collaboration across our supply chain network.
