We're growing fast, and we’re looking for an organised, proactive, and enthusiastic Marketing Project Coordinator to help keep our exciting projects running smoothly. The Role
- Supporting the marketing and product teams with project coordination and administrative tasks
- Keeping timelines and project trackers updated to ensure everyone stays on schedule
- Organising meetings, taking notes, and following up on action points
- Liaising with stakeholders across departments and regions to keep projects moving
- Helping prepare key documentation, presentations, and packaging information
- Managing file storage, approvals, and general admin across multiple projects
About you
- 1–3 years of experience in a coordination, marketing, admin, or project support role (ideally within FMCG, retail, or similar fast-paced industries)
- A highly organised approach with excellent attention to detail
- A team player who can communicate confidently and build relationships with stakeholders
- Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and adapting to changing priorities
- Strong IT skills – especially in Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
