We're growing fast, and we’re looking for an organised, proactive, and enthusiastic Marketing Project Coordinator to help keep our exciting projects running smoothly. The Role

  • Supporting the marketing and product teams with project coordination and administrative tasks
  • Keeping timelines and project trackers updated to ensure everyone stays on schedule
  • Organising meetings, taking notes, and following up on action points
  • Liaising with stakeholders across departments and regions to keep projects moving
  • Helping prepare key documentation, presentations, and packaging information
  • Managing file storage, approvals, and general admin across multiple projects

About you

  • 1–3 years of experience in a coordination, marketing, admin, or project support role (ideally within FMCG, retail, or similar fast-paced industries)
  • A highly organised approach with excellent attention to detail
  • A team player who can communicate confidently and build relationships with stakeholders
  • Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and adapting to changing priorities
  • Strong IT skills – especially in Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
