Reporting into the Sales Director, you will be the business owner for Amazon Germany Home categories, accountable for delivering the annual sales and profit plan. You’ll own the vendor relationship, lead negotiations and work cross-functionally to drive growth, profitability and execution excellence. This is a hands-on role. You’ll be close to the data, close to the detail and measured on delivery.
You will own and deliver the Amazon Germany Home business, with responsibility for achieving sales and profit targets by brand. You’ll lead the day-to-day Amazon vendor relationship, manage annual negotiations and develop strategies to participate effectively in Amazon programs.
You’ll build and execute joint business plans focused on sustainable growth and profitability, working closely with Finance and Trade Marketing to shape promotional strategies that align with brand and commercial objectives. You’ll manage pricing challenges with confidence, balancing growth and margin.
You’ll provide clear direction to content and performance teams to drive conversion through keyword optimisation, A/B testing and continual improvement. You’ll own catalogue data quality across Amazon portals and partner closely with forecasting and inventory teams to maximise availability while managing stock risk.
This role also owns performance reporting and analysis - understanding what drives results, identifying issues early and turning insight into action. You’ll work cross-functionally and act as a key voice for the Amazon channel within the wider organisation.
You’ll bring 4+ years’ experience managing a large 1P Amazon business, with clear ownership of €/$50m+ annual revenue. You are commercially sharp, financially astute and highly analytical, comfortable using complex data to make decisions and solve problems.
You have a proven track record of delivering results in high-volume, high-profile environments and are confident influencing multiple stakeholders across functions. You’re software-minded, comfortable leveraging technology and BI tools to drive performance, and highly capable in Excel and analytics. Experience with CIQ is a plus.
Most importantly, you bring an ownership mindset, you take responsibility, challenge thinking, move quickly and focus on solutions rather than excuses. This role offers real accountability and visibility, working directly under a senior Amazon leader on a complex, high-scale European business. You’ll gain exposure to P&L thinking, senior Amazon negotiations and strategic decision-making, while remaining hands-on and close to execution. Performance is visible, expectations are high, and delivery is recognised.
