The EMEA Demand Planner is responsible for supporting the end-to-end Demand Planning process across the Home and Personal Care (HPC) Division, covering Europe, UK, Middle East and Africa.

Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance and regional leadership, the role is responsible for developing an accurate unconstrained demand forecast, driving cross-functional alignment and supporting the S&OP process. The Role

Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Planning and Finance, the Demand Planner will build strong cross-functional relationships to ensure demand plans are aligned with commercial plans, supply constraints and business requirements. The role will support the delivery of a consensus forecast into the S&OP process and contribute to budgeting, forecasting and wider business planning activities.

Through data-led recommendations, the role will influence stakeholders, improve forecast quality and accountability, and ensure adherence to planning standards and governance.
