Spectrum Brands is a global, market‑leading consumer goods company, home to iconic brands including Remington and Russell Hobbs. As part of our UK & Ireland Marketing team, you’ll work across a diverse customer base spanning grocery, ecommerce, and high‑street channels.

This position sits firmly within commercial marketing, perfect for someone who enjoys shaping go‑to‑market plans, driving category performance, and influencing revenue outcomes. The Role

In this role, you’ll take ownership of activating and delivering our UK&I Brand Plan, bringing strategies to life and driving demand, penetration, and sales for Remington across the Path to Purchase. You’ll collaborate with teams across the business including International Brand, Insight & Product, Sales, Demand Planning, Finance, Shopper Marketing, Legal, and Digital.

Key Responsibilities

  • Champion the Consumer & Category: Build a strong understanding of the brand, category trends, and shopper behaviour through insight, data, social listening, and research. Represent the UK&I consumer voice and ensure their needs drive decision‑making.
  • Activate the Brand Plan: Support the development and execution of annual brand strategies and campaigns. Assist the Marketing Manager in managing and optimising a diverse product portfolio. Collaborate with Category and Sales teams to identify category growth opportunities for key retailers. Work with International Product and Insight teams to ensure an insight‑led innovation pipeline and continuous renovation of core ranges. Fulfil retailer exclusivity requests where needed.
  • Lead Path‑to‑Purchase Execution: Co‑own the local Communication Plan across all customer touchpoints. Develop a deep understanding of customers and the channels they operate in. Partner with Shopper Marketing and Account Managers to create effective online and offline activation plans. Bring shopper strategies to life at point of purchase. Represent Remington in customer meetings—supporting seasonal range reviews and continually improving presentation approaches.
  • Commercial Strategy & Business Growth: Co‑develop and manage the commercial strategy for your portfolio, using the Boston Matrix to guide decision‑making. Work closely with Account Managers to land this strategy with customers. Proactively identify profitable growth opportunities using market research, consumer insight, and competitor analysis.

About you
