We’re proud to be home to some of the most trusted and well-loved household brands including Russell Hobbs, Remington, and George Foreman. Across our portfolio, we supply every major grocery chain, top e-commerce players, and key high street retailers across Europe. Our European Appliances HQ is based in Manchester, and the business continues to grow with strong year-on-year performance.

As our new Demand Planner, you will play a critical role in shaping our supply chain success across specific regions in EMEA. Managing stock for around €50M in sales, you’ll be pivotal in balancing healthy inventory levels with exceptional product availability. This is a challenging, fast-paced role that offers an excellent opportunity for personal and professional development within a dynamic, supportive, and successful organisation.

The Role

As Demand Planner, you will be the primary contact and key driver of our forecasting processes across the EMEA region. You will work closely with regional teams to ensure the final consolidated forecast is accurate, timely, and aligned with business objectives. The majority of our products are sourced from China, so forecasting accuracy is critical to managing the long lead times effectively.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting regional business reviews and forecasting alignment
  • Managing the forecast approval and control process, monitoring for changes and discrepancies
  • Coordinating allocations and reviewing order fulfilment strategy
  • Collaborating on New Product Launches and PIPO planning
  • Generating and reviewing KPI reports, with a focus on improving forecast accuracy
  • Acting as a first point of contact for procurement planning support
  • Representing Demand Planning in cross-functional process improvement projects

About you

You will bring a solid background in demand planning, supply planning, or procurement planning, with a clear understanding of how robust frameworks and processes contribute to commercial success. You will have worked with long lead time products, ideally within a multi-national, fast-paced environment, and understand the importance of a well-aligned, data-driven forecast.

You must be confident working with forecasting tools and systems such as SAP and IBP, and are highly skilled in Excel. You are metrics-focused and thrive on being measured against KPIs, especially forecast accuracy, and constantly look for ways to improve them. Analytically strong and process-oriented, you can simplify complex data sets and turn them into meaningful insights and efficient action plans. You work well independently, enjoy tackling challenges, and feel at ease working in a matrix environment with multiple stakeholders. Your excellent communication skills allow you to collaborate effectively across different functions, cultures, and regions. While not essential, the ability to speak German would be a distinct advantage.

If you’re ready to take your demand planning career to the next level within a highly respected and growing global business, we’d love to hear from you.
