Spectrum Brands (UK) Limited is seeking an experienced EMEA Demand Planning Manager to lead the end-to-end planning across Europe, the UK, Middle East and Africa. You will own the consensus forecast and drive alignment with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance.
You will manage a team of seven Demand Planners, champion forecasting standards, and partner with ERP systems (SAP, SAP IBP) to improve forecast accuracy and planning maturity across the region.
