At Spectrum Brands, we build products that make everyday life better. As the powerhouse behind household names like Remington, Russell Hobbs, and George Foreman, we’re not just another FMCG company; we’re a global player shaping how people live, style, and cook every day. We’re now looking for a hungry, proactive, and commercially-minded Associate National Account Manager to join our dynamic UK sales team.

The Role

You’ll take ownership of a portfolio of high-profile retailers, each offering complex and fast-moving commercial challenges. This is a high-impact, high-opportunity role, where brand investment and excellent account management will drive mid-to-long-term growth in line with our global vision. You’ll have full responsibility for your account strategy, developing actionable plans to deliver growth, unlocking new opportunities for profitable spot deals, and ensuring our core product ranges block out competitors. You’ll work closely with buying teams, tailoring investment plans, managing forecasts, and analysing promotional activity to optimise ROI.

This is not a role for someone who wants to maintain the status quo; we’re looking for someone who will excite the customer, push boundaries, and always be one step ahead of the market.

About You

You are ambitious, commercially sharp, and thrive on taking ownership. You don’t wait to be told what to do; you’re naturally proactive, always looking for ways to drive results and exceed expectations. You bring energy, curiosity, and resilience to everything you do, and have the agility to adapt quickly in a fast-paced retail environment.

With at least three years of experience in a sales or account management role, you know how to build and grow relationships that last. You understand how to align customer needs with business goals and are confident managing promotional plans, forecasting, and negotiating at a national level. You’re comfortable rolling up your sleeves, analysing the numbers, and influencing key stakeholders both internally and externally.

You’re a team player, but you’re also highly driven to deliver your own results. You want to be part of a company where your contribution makes a real difference, and you’re ready to step into a role where you can own, lead, and grow.

We offer you a fantastic opportunity to work with globally recognised brands in a supportive, success-driven culture. So, if you’re ready to take your next step in national accounts with a brand-led business that rewards ambition and results, we want to hear from you.

Benefits

  • 25 days holiday + Bank holidays
  • Company Pension
  • Annual Bonus
  • Life Assurance
  • Healthcare plan
  • Colleague discount
  • Hybrid working (3 days on site, 2 days WFH)
