SpectrAxe is a fintech building infrastructure for OTC FX markets. We work directly with institutional clients - investment banks, market-makers and hedge funds - at the point where liquidity meets execution. We are early-stage and growing fast. Every person on the team has real responsibility from day one.

We are hiring a high-caliber analyst to join our commercial team. We welcome both recent graduates and candidates with up to three years of relevant experience. In this role, you will sit at the center of our client activity helping to facilitate trades between institutional counterparties across the OTC FX market. You will develop a sharp understanding of how liquidity forms and how institutional clients think about pricing, execution, and risk. Over time, you will become a trusted point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders alike, with growing ownership over commercial outcomes.

What You'll Do

  • Support and facilitate trade execution between institutional clients in the OTC FX market
  • Build relationships with counterparties including banks, non-bank liquidity providers, hedge funds, and FX-focused asset managers
  • Develop a working knowledge of OTC market structure — how liquidity forms, how clients price risk, and how trading relationships are built and maintained
  • Engage directly with clients to understand their needs and communicate relevant market context
  • Take on increasing responsibility across client engagement and commercial execution as you demonstrate capability

What We're Looking For

  • A recent graduate or someone with up to three years of experience in financial markets, fintech, or a related field
  • Genuine interest in financial markets
  • Clear and concise communicator
  • Intellectually curious and self-directed
  • Highly reliable and detail-oriented
  • Strong judgement under pressure
  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and ownership
  • Professional and precise in all interactions

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary and benefits
  • Direct exposure to live OTC FX markets from day one
  • Close proximity to experienced operators in a small, high-performing team
  • A clear path into sales or product — based on performance, not tenure
  • Contributions that are visible and responsibility that is earned quickly
