As a Channel Sales Representative (CSR) at Spectralink, you'll be a key contributor to our regional growth strategy, working closely with sales teams and channel partners to drive revenue across our enterprise mobility solutions. You'll manage leads, support partners, and help shape customer solutions using our Wi‑Fi and DECT technologies. This is a fast‑paced, phone‑ and video‑driven role ideal for a proactive, results‑oriented sales professional.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Sales Pipeline Management: Proactively identify, qualify, and nurture sales opportunities for Spectralink's enterprise mobility solutions. Manage inbound and outbound sales inquiries, ensuring timely follow-ups and engagement. Work closely with channel partners and resellers to drive lead conversion and sales growth. Maintain an active sales pipeline and track opportunities through CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Channel Partner Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, VARs, and system integrators to drive Spectralink product adoption. Support partners with quoting, deal registration, and order management to ensure a smooth sales process. Assist in executing partner enablement programmes, including product training and sales support. Act as the primary point of contact for partners for addressing queries and providing product recommendations.
  • Sales & Revenue Growth: Drive revenue by actively promoting Spectralink's Wi‑Fi and DECT mobility solutions to Direct partners and Resellers. Support sales campaigns and promotions, ensuring partners are aligned with pricing and incentive programmes. Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities within existing accounts to maximise revenue potential. Work closely with the Strategic Sales team on key customer projects and deployments, tracking orders through the channel to successful conclusion.
  • Market & Competitive Intelligence: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity (e.g., Ascom, Zebra Technologies, Avaya), and industry developments. Provide feedback to sales and marketing teams regarding partner needs, product demand, and competitive positioning. Assist in creating targeted sales messaging based on market insights.
  • Sales Support & CRM Management: Ensure all sales activities, partner interactions, and opportunities are accurately recorded in Salesforce or other CRM platforms. Generate and analyse sales reports to track pipeline growth, forecasting, and performance metrics. Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales efforts with lead generation campaigns and event follow‑ups.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively.
  • Experience in inside sales, telesales, or channel sales, preferably within enterprise mobility, IT, or telecom industries.
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with the ability to engage partners effectively.
  • Understanding of B2B sales processes, including lead qualification, pipeline management, and CRM usage.
  • Familiarity with Spectralink's enterprise mobility solutions (Wi‑Fi handsets, DECT systems, unified communications) or similar technologies is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a target‑driven environment, demonstrating resilience and a proactive sales mindset.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics CRM is desirable.
