Mental Health Technician II – Cottonwood Care Home

This position will be located at our Cottonwood Care Home in Ashford, AL.

Shift Schedule:

• 7pm-7am Pitman Schedule
• Week 1: Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday
• Week 2: Monday, Thursday, Friday

Base Pay: $14/hr, plus shift differentials & holiday premiums available.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with patient care activities such as observation, serving meals, cleaning, and passing medications.
• Ensure the efficient operation of the facility.
• Conduct group sessions and teach basic living skills daily.
• Provide transportation for consumers using the system vehicle.

Requirements:

• HS Diploma/GED
• Must be 21 years or older, have a good MVR, and be willing to submit to motor vehicle report check.
• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• Must obtain CPR and MAC certification upon hire.
