Secretary II- Cottonwood Group Home
This Secretary II opening is in our Cottonwood Group Home. Working hours will be Monday-Friday 8am-4pm.
Responsibilities Include:
- Maintaining clinical records
- Assisting therapeutic staff and Facility Director with clerical duties to ensure consumer needs are met
- Ordering supplies
- Billing for services
- Completing insurance verification
- Generating/maintaining reports for various areas of the program
Requirements:
- HS Diploma/GED; valid driver's license with good MVR.
- Successful completion of post-secondary coursework in business practices or administration or insurance billing
- OR at least one year work experience in a medical administrative role, completing insurance billing and verification
- Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen upon hire
