12 HOUR PITMAN SCHEDULE
7AM-7PM
- WEEK I - TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY, SATURDAY, SUNDAY
- WEEK II - MONDAY, THURSDAY, FRIDAY

Responsibilities:
- Various activities to meet consumer needs including, but not limited to: meal preparation, cleaning of the facility, assisting with daily tasks, etc.
- Teaching group and individual basic living skills
- Providing transportation using system vehicle when required by the program
- Ensure efficient operation of the facility
- Assisting with medication using the MAC certification under nurse supervision
- Completing required documentation using an electronic health record system
Requirements:
- HS Diploma/GED
- Good MVR, willing to submit to motor vehicle report check
- Must meet insurability requirements to drive a system vehicle (21 years of age)
- Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Must obtain CPR and MAC certification upon hire
- Prefer previous experience providing patient care in a mental health or substance abuse treatment environment
