Spectra invites applications for a Young People’s Counsellor / Therapist & Coordinator.
You will deliver short-term counselling to young people aged 11-25 in Hillingdon and coordinate the P3 counselling provision, ensuring safeguarding, data reporting and KPI outcomes are met.
The role combines direct client work with service coordination, partnership liaison, and reflective spaces for staff.
The post is hybrid with in-office presence twice weekly, and is fixed-term until 31 March 2027.
