Spectra Packaging is currently seeking a full-time Samples Administrator to work within our busy Customer Services Team. You will play a key part in supporting the Customer Services Representatives and Business Development Managers in getting projects and orders across the line, by ensuring customers are sent the required samples and marketing materials in a timely and presentable manner.

Duties and responsibilities include:

  • Sending out sales samples to new and existing UK and Export customers, with appropriate letters and records for traceability.
  • Maintaining stock levels of our standard range and requesting new sample stock to be made with our planning team when levels are low.
  • Sending out bespoke colour matched and printed samples for customer approval where required by the wider team.
  • Keeping the area where the sample stock is held tidy and organised.
  • Working alongside our QC Team to ensure all of our sample stock is of the required quality standard.
  • Maintaining marketing samples and material.
