To further strengthen our dynamic team in Birmingham, we are currently looking for a communicative and detail-oriented Market Research Support Agent who is eager to contribute to our mission.
Tasks- Contacting businesses via telephone to invite them to participate in our Quality of Service research study
- Checking eligibility using a computer-assisted questionnaire
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system
- Sending follow-up emails and reminders to potential candidates
- Monitoring response rates and reporting progress to project managers
- Supporting the optimization of outreach processes and communication templates
- Strong communication skills: Confident, friendly, and professional telephone manner when speaking with business contacts.
- Excellent interpersonal skills: Ability to quickly build rapport with business representatives and decision-makers.
- Organisational skills: Capable of managing structured call lists, tracking recruitment status, and maintaining accurate records
- Basic IT proficiency: Confident using CRM systems and spreadsheets in a Google Workspace environment (Gmail, Gsheet, Gdoc).
- Self-motivated and proactive: Able to manage outreach independently and deliver results with minimal supervision.
- Attention to detail: Accurate handling of business data and diligent record-keeping.
- Fluent in English: Both written and spoken. (CEFR C2)
You can work in this position on a full-time or part-time basis. After a one-week training period in Coleshill, Birmingham, it is also possible to work remotely. We look forward to receiving your application.
