What you’ll do:
- Build and nurture long‑term relationships with clients, becoming their trusted advisor.
- Manage accounts through the full customer lifecycle - pre‑sales to post‑sales - ensuring value, satisfaction, and ongoing success.
- Spot and develop new business opportunities with ship owners, managers, operators, and industry partners.
- Maximise strategic partnerships, particularly with e‑procurement and platform integrators.
- Use HubSpot to manage pipelines, customer data, and accurate reporting.
- Analyse sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity to drive informed decision‑making.
- Collaborate closely with technical and marketing teams to deliver impactful solutions and campaigns.
- Embrace an AI‑first mindset, using cutting‑edge tools to boost performance and efficiency.
What you’ll bring:
- 4+ years’ experience in SaaS sales, account management, or business development.
