The predicted salary is between 28800 - 48000 £ per year.
The following applicant should be proficient in Quark Xpress, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, coupled with a working knowledge of the software within Adobe's Creative Suite. Applicants should be creative and possess a considerable amount of artistic flair. BA, BTEC/HND in Graphic Design required. Proficiency in design for digital media as well as print is advantageous, including experience using Content Management Systems. Experience in the design and production of industry-standard online advertising formats will be beneficial. The successful candidate should demonstrate a proven ability to produce original well thought out work consistently.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the design of advertisements and the make-up of pages for our weekly newspapers, websites and social media channels. The person will also be required to design commercial print work.
This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to refine and grow their existing skills in all areas of graphic design, with a proactive and ambitious media organisation. The successful candidate will be rewarded with a good salary. Flexible hours to suit the candidate will be considered.
