Specsavers is a household name and a Highstreet staple. As a shop floor Receptionist at Specsavers, you’ll be organised, welcoming, and ready to tackle a variety of tasks. Your role will include:

  • Answering phone calls and general enquiries
  • Triaging patients
  • Supporting all aspects of audiology administration, such as updating and filing records, and managing appointments
  • Assisting with minor hearing aid repairs after training
