As Workplace Experience Manager, you’ll lead the delivery of workplace services across our locations in Guernsey, Nottingham and Whiteley, ensuring colleagues benefit from safe, efficient and well‑managed environments while helping to create workplaces that are engaging, inspiring and enjoyable places to work.
Leading a team of around 20 across multiple sites, you’ll oversee a broad range of workplace services, ensuring day‑to‑day operations run smoothly and consistently. From workplace support, front‑of‑house services and supplier management to compliance, budgets and operational performance, you’ll drive high standards across all locations.
Beyond operational leadership, you’ll play a key role in shaping the workplace experience. Working closely with colleagues, stakeholders and service partners, you’ll use feedback, insight and creativity to enhance our spaces, services and ways of working. Whether delivering workplace improvements, supporting colleague initiatives, introducing new services or helping create vibrant and collaborative environments, you’ll ensure our workplaces reflect our culture and support wellbeing, engagement and productivity.
This is a highly visible leadership role that combines operational excellence with experience‑led thinking. You’ll balance the practical requirements of managing a diverse property portfolio with a genuine passion for creating places where people enjoy spending time and can perform at their best.
