As a qualified Hearing Aid Dispenser (HAD), you’ll share our vision to give customers the very best professional service in their own home, helping them improve their hearing and regain the life they want. With the support of a global brand behind you, you’ll be just as looked after as our patients. Specsavers Home Visits Kings Lynn are recruiting a forward-thinking HAD to provide care to patients in their own homes across the East Coast community. You will perform hearing tests and advise which of our competitively priced hearing aids is best to ensure each customer receives the first-class experience they expect. We also offer wax removal, so the microsuction/wax removal qualification is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Provide hearing care during home visits across the East Coast community.
- Perform hearing tests and advise on the most suitable hearing aids to meet customer needs.
- Inform customers about wax removal options; microsuction/wax removal qualification is advantageous.
- Collaborate with a small, dedicated team to deliver a high-quality service.
Qualifications
- Qualified and HCPC registered Audiologist.
- Teamwork is essential; ability to work well with others.
- Ability to provide a blend of customer care and professional excellence.
- Must be able to drive.
