Are you looking to take the next step in your payroll career in a role where precision, service and collaboration are genuinely valued? As a Payroll Administrator, you’ll be instrumental in making sure that colleagues and store partners are paid correctly and on time while consistently delivering excellent customer service. You’ll act as a key point of contact for a broad range of payroll queries from our retail stores, store partners, and support office teams.
As part of the Payroll Services team, you’ll handle day-to-day payroll administration, answer queries via phone, email, internal systems and the ServiceNow portal. You’ll manage queries professionally, accurately and in line with agreed Service Level Agreements, helping to maintain confidence in the service we provide.
Your responsibilities will include processing a wide range of payroll changes, ensuring compliance with statutory obligations and our internal policies. You’ll also administer statutory and family-friendly payments, focusing on accuracy and attention to detail.
You’ll work closely with Payroll Analytics, People Services, Pensions and other internal teams, identify and resolve payroll alerts and errors within SuccessFactors. You’ll calculate overpayments and support recovery activity in line with policy, maintaining clear audit trails, ensuring that all data is handled securely and in line with data protection legislation.
We’re looking for someone experienced in payroll administration at scale, ideally within a high volume environment, with strong Excel skills, who can bring excellent organisational skills and a focus on providing a high level of quality customer service. You’ll be comfortable working to deadlines, have a flexible approach when it comes to changing workloads and be able to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent attention to detail and communication skills are essential.
