Join a team where your ideas help shape how millions of people see and hear the world. As a Marketing Executive in Brand Communications, you’ll play a key role in keeping Specsavers front of mind—creating bold, engaging content that captures attention across PR and social channels. Working across the UK and ROI, you’ll help bring our brand to life through audience‑first storytelling, building awareness and connection at scale.
We have an opportunity to join the team on a 6 month fixed term basis. You’ll lead on always‑on PR and social activity, working closely with agency partners to plan, develop and deliver integrated content that feels timely, relevant and on brand. From reviewing creative ideas and scripts to tracking performance and spotting trends, you’ll balance proactive planning with reactive thinking—ensuring content is optimised, insight‑led and aligned to brand tone and strategy.
Strong stakeholder collaboration, including working with legal, procurement and internal teams, will be key to delivering high‑quality outputs. You’ll also take ownership of reactive social engagement and our TikTok approach—spotting opportunities quickly, responding in real‑time and driving best practice across emerging platforms.
Whether it’s elevating customer interactions, leveraging influencer and colleague content, or identifying new creative opportunities, you’ll bring energy, curiosity and a sharp eye for what resonates with audiences. We’re looking for someone with solid marketing experience in PR, social or brand activation, who understands content planning and social strategy—with experience of building communities.
