As a Finance Analyst – FP&A, you'll be part of a team that ensures the needs of all Retail territories are met while maintaining the right financial and risk balance between the Group, Partners and Customers. The team also ensures strong governance and risk practices are in place and consistently followed.
You’ll support the Supply Chain FP&A team by delivering high‑quality, insightful reporting, budgeting and analysis that helps shape key business decisions. You’ll take ownership of a range of month‑end processes, reconciling data, producing reports, posting journals and analysing both financial and non‑financial information to build a clear picture of performance. You’ll work closely with colleagues across Supply Chain Finance and other Support Office teams, building strong relationships and helping resolve queries to ensure our reporting is accurate and meaningful.
You’ll support our annual budgeting and forecasting cycles, helping the team prepare plans that guide the business forward. You’ll also contribute to a range of ad hoc projects, giving you the opportunity to broaden your experience and drive improvements across the department. Through this work, you’ll develop a solid understanding of our Global Supply Chain operations and help promote a culture of continuous improvement.
We’re looking for someone who’s studying towards ACCA, ACA or CIMA, or who has completed an entry‑level accounting qualification such as AAT. You’ll bring a proactive approach, strong attention to detail and a genuine motivation to learn and make an impact. You’ll be able to build strong, positive relationships across the Finance team and work collaboratively to keep things moving in the right direction.
