Walsall Specsavers - Call Centre Assistant at Specsavers. As a Call Centre Assistant, you’ll be organised and equipped to tackle a variety of tasks, including all aspects of optical administration including NHS forms and triaging, answering calls and general queries, updating & filing records, and managing appointments. The aim is to provide a top‑notch administrative service that will support the store’s success.
