- Braehead Specsavers is based in the retail district by the River Clyde
Whats On Offer
- Full Time (5 days out of 7) – 9am – 5.30pm with a weekend day to be worked each week
- Salary – circa £30,000 DOE

Experience level: Must have retail optics experience.
Main Duties to include:
- Manage the overall performance of the team to achieve financial targets considering the retail calendar year.
- Drive the store key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Manage Health and Safety effectively and ensure the store remains compliant.
- Ensure your own and your teams’ personal development is actively undertaken and in line with the business objectives.
- Mentor and coach others in all aspects of daily store operations, make referrals to managers, develop the team.
- Deliver complex dispensing and advanced problem solving.
