As a Store Manager, you’ll set the standard. You’ll work with the Store Directors to empower your team to make the right decisions for each customer, creating an excellent customer experience while delivering business objectives. While you support others, we will support you and your development too. We’ll help you grow your people management skills and ensure you can get the best out of yourself. It’s an important job, but we think you’re up for the challenge.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need previous people management and optical experience, excellent communication skills, an eye for detail, flexibility, adaptability, a passion for people, organization, and a strong work ethic.
