Responsibilities

  • Take the lead in coordinating both planned and reactive maintenance across operational equipment, ensuring priorities are clear and work is delivered effectively.
  • Build strong relationships with site leaders, engineers and external partners, keeping communication open and ensuring issues are resolved quickly.
  • Manage KPIs, track progress and help drive continuous improvement across the site.

Requirements

  • Solid technical background, ideally qualified to Level 3 (or above) in a mechanical, electrical or pneumatic discipline.
  • Confidence in working with data and systems to monitor performance.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office, managing budgets and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency or reduce costs, while keeping safety and quality front of mind.
